Its purpose is to provide a general understanding of the tariff framework in Croatia and the Tariff as a whole, not to calculate the specific price of a legal service.

- that the point calculation is based on the currently valid Attorney Fee Tariff in Croatia (Official Gazette No. 138/23, 107/25) at the time the tool was created (January 2026);
- the calculator provides exclusively the expected number of points to which an attorney is entitled under the Tariff;
- the display and estimate are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer, a calculation of attorney’s fees, or an undertaking to provide legal services;
- the actual cost of contract drafting can be determined only individually, taking into account all circumstances of the legal relationship, complexity, urgency, and other case-specific factors;
- attorneys may agree on fees with clients in a different manner, in accordance with the Tariff;
- according to Tariff no.: “the value of one point amounts to 2 EUR”
