After more than ten years in the legal profession, as an attorney based in Zadar I am primarily focused on providing legal advice to entrepreneurs and investors. Predominantly in relation to business operations and real estate.

Within the scope of business activities (commercial law and company law), I advise clients on contracts, company formation and organisation, relationships between members, as well as transfers of business shares, and matters related to employment relationships, the tax framework, and insolvency.

In the field of real estate (property law and law of obligations), I provide legal support to investors in structuring and implementing transactions – from negotiations to contract execution. I conduct detailed analyses of land registry records with the aim of identifying potential risks. I have also gained particular experience working with foreign investors investing in Croatia.

In all cases, my legal advisory work places emphasis on timely action and forward planning.
