Attorney in Zadar with more than ten years of experience in legal advisory services for entrepreneurs, investors, and foreign clients, with a focus on business and real estate.

Within the scope of business law (commercial law and company law), I work on contracts, company formation and corporate structuring, relations between members and transfers of business shares, as well as matters related to employment relationships, the tax framework, and insolvency.

In the field of real estate (property law and law of obligations), I guide investors through the structuring and execution of transactions — from legal analysis and negotiations to drafting and implementation of contracts, including risk assessments.

Before opening my own office, I gained professional experience at the law firm Ravlić & Šurjak d.o.o. in Zagreb (2016–2019) and at the law firm Kotlar & Vidov d.o.o. in Zadar (2019–2025).
